You can qualify for a Humana Medicare Supplement bonus with just one application submitted and approved during the months outlined in the program. The policy must be active 60 days after the coverage effective month to receive the bonus and at the time of the payout.

**Open Enrollment Applications—Applications submitted during the 6-month period that starts the first month the applicant is covered under Medicare Part B and age 65 or older. Open Enrollment applications for those under age 65 will be paid based on individual state commission requirements.
